No-Bake Chocolate Chunk Health Bars

Chocolate Chunk BarsIngredients
  • 2 1/2 cups of Dr. Webster's Delicious Chocolate Raw Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of unrefined coconut oil
  • 2/3 cups of water
  • 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened carob bits
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup of dried unsweetened cranberries
Instructions
  1. Place jar of coconut oil in warm water bath until oil is fully melted.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and protein powder then mix in the 2/3 cup of water.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until consistent, the mixture
  4. will be very thick at first. If needed, add a small amount of water to achieve consistency.
  5. Grease a baking dish with the melted coconut oil.
  6. Spread mixture in the dish and cut into bite sized bars before
  7. refrigerating for one hour.
