Ingredients

• top layer: 1 cup of coconut cream, 2 Tbsp. xylitol, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• middle layer: 1 peach & 3 strawberries blended
• bottom layer: blended pineapple

Instructions:

1. In popsicle mold, let first coconut layer set for 20 minutes in freezer.
2. Continue with middle layer by doing the same, insert popsicle stick, finish with the 3rd layer, let set overnight.
