Baked in Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1/2 stick of butter cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- cut top off of apples & core out the middle containing the seeds
- place apples into ramekins or small bowls with a little bit of water surrounding the apples
- scoop remaining apple out with a spoon or melon baller & place in a bowl
- add all other ingredients & mix well
- spoon mixture into hollowed out apples until full, place apple top back on
- bake for 20-25 minutes
- enjoy!
